This is a beautifully designed 6 transistor Japanese shirt pocket radio that would make a welcome addition to any collection. The example shown above has a red plastic case which has an almost translucent quality. The metal front of the radio wraps around all four sides, and the center horizontal bar is held in place by two oversized brass screws. The most interesting feature of this set is the grill design. It is made up of small squares of alternating diagonal lines, creating an optical illusion effect. As an added visual bonus, there is a cloisonne badge at the bottom right in red with the name "Selfix" in gold.
